Buying the perfect Christmas present isn't always the easiest task. You want to make everyone on your list smile when they find their gift under the tree on the morning of December 25th, but certain people can be hard to buy for.
When it comes to shopping for brothers, partners and dads, it can be especially hard to work out what to get them. After all, there's only so many bottles of aftershave, pairs of socks or DVDs that you can give.
So this year, why not give them something a bit different that they're still sure to appreciate? Everyone deserves a bit of a pamper, which makes H&W the perfect option for everyone on your list.
If you're struggling to find the ideal present for him, here are a few ideas that he's sure to enjoy unwrapping this Christmas:
Soap for hardworking hands
Whether the men in your life enjoy a spot of gardening, usually have hands covered in engine oil or spend spare time tinkering away with things you never really see in the shed, they probably need a good soap or two.
While they may usually reach for the washing up liquid to clean their hands, this is far from kind to skin. Our handmade traditional soaps are packed full of rich and cleansing oils that make them effective and moisturising, helping to protect hands.
They can also be used on face and body, meaning one bar of soap goes a long way. This is why our box of ten medium soaps could be the ideal gift. It contains ten of our great traditional soaps cut into easily handled bars, allowing him to find his favourite and save your washing up liquid.
Something to wake him up
Early mornings are nobody's friend, but if you have to put up with a grumpy guy as well as try and wake yourself up, this can make things a bit harder. Do yourself a favour as well as him and give home something that will put a spring in his step first thing in the morning.
One of our body washes in a bright and citrus scent could be the ideal choice, with Greentea and Grapefruit and Wild Lemongrass both packing a bit of a punch. You could even make up a morning box for him including some strong coffee, a travel mug and a new alarm clock, just to drive home the point that he needs to cheer up in the morning.
Help him to relax
We all know what a difference a nice relaxing evening can make, especially after all the rushing around in December. Why not give him something that will let him unwind and take some time to himself?
He may not admit to being partial to a pamper, but giving him a few things to ensure he can enjoy one will probably be really welcome. Pick out a foam bath and matching candle so he can enjoy a soak in the tub or team a candle with a bottle of wine or his favourite tipple and a good film to create a nice night in.
He'll probably appreciate this a lot more than you know!
