Keep your skin healthy and youthful without all the lotions and potions

It seems as though new 'wonder creams' that claim to banish all of your wrinkles and give you a magical youthful glow are constantly being released. With one fad after another hitting the shelves, it can be hard - and expensive - to keep up.

Drink plenty of water

It's not just what you drink that can help your skin to look healthy and youthful, but also what you eat. Vitamin C keeps skin looking radiant, so make sure you're eating plenty of fruit and veg that contains this, such as oranges, sweet potatoes, strawberries and blueberries.

Antioxidants like selenium are also great for the skin - these are naturally found in Brazil nuts so having a handful of these for a snack each day can help to give your skin a boost.
